Council Member Rahman Johnson, Ph.D. (District 14), will host a discussion regarding proposed changes to the Council Leadership Declaration Window, as outlined in Council Rule 1.103. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in the Henry Cook Room, located at 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
