Jacksonville City Council Member Rahman Johnson (District 14) will host a noticed meeting with Council Member Michael Boylan (District 6) to discuss the upcoming 2026–27 Jacksonville City Council leadership cycle. The meeting will provide an opportunity for Councilman Johnson to share his vision for the upcoming Council year and to hear Councilman Boylan’s perspective as discussions continue in advance of the Council’s leadership selection. The meeting will take place Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Henry Cook Room at City Hall at St. James, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
