Jacksonville City Council Member Council Member Rahman Johnson (District 14) will host a noticed meeting with Councilman Randy White (District 12) to discuss the upcoming 2026–27 Jacksonville City Council leadership cycle. The meeting will provide an opportunity for Councilman Johnson to share his vision for the upcoming Council year and to hear Councilman White’s perspective as conversations continue ahead of the Council’s leadership selection. The meeting will take place Tuesday, March 17, at 4:00 p.m. in the Henry Cook Room, City Hall at St. James, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
