Notice is hereby given that the City of Jacksonville’s Southeast Citizens Planning Advisory Committee (SE CPAC) will meet in a hybrid/in-person meeting on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at the Mandarin Senior Center, 3848 Hartley Road, and virtually through Zoom webinar. The public is invited to attend in person or via Zoom webinar.
The LUZ Subcommittee meeting will begin at 5:45 pm, and the full CPAC Meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. Please join us by 6:30 pm.
City Council Members may attend and participate in this meeting.
