The Mayor’s Victim Assistance Advisory Council will host the 2026 Victims’ Rights Week Scholarship & Awards Luncheon on Friday, April 24, 2026, at the Main Library in Jacksonville.

This luncheon is held in recognition of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (April 19–25, 2026) and honors survivors, advocates, and community partners who support victims’ rights and services.
