Council Member Rahman Johnson (District 14) will host a noticed meeting with Council Member Ken Amaro (District 1) to discuss 2026–27 Jacksonville City Council leadership cycle. Both Council Members are candidates for Council Vice President. The meeting will provide an opportunity to exchange perspectives, discuss priorities for the upcoming Council year, and engage in dialogue as the leadership selection process moves forward.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 13 at 2:00 p.m. in the Don Davis Room at City Hall at St. James, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
