Today, we received confirmation of the presence of multiple measles cases in Duval County. In coordination with the Florida Department of Health in Duval County (DOH-Duval), the City of Jacksonville would like to remind citizens who would like to receive immunizations that they can visit DOH-Duval’s locations Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 515 West 6th Street and 3225 University Boulevard South. Residents can either walk in or call 904-253-1130 to make an appointment.
Additionally, DOH-Duval will be offering immunizations on Sunday, February 1, from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Regency Library, 9300 Regency Square Boulevard. Immunizations will include MMR, Influenza and Hepatitis A.
