Eastside Community Grants Program (ECGP)
The Eastside Community Grants Program (ECGP) was established through Ordinance 2026-0036-E as outlined in Chapter 118, Part 9 to create a new grants program pursuant to which funds designated for programs, services, projects and initiatives for Affordable Housing, Workforce Housing, Economic Development and Mitigation of Homelessness in the Eastside as defined in the supplemental Jacksonville Stadium Community Benefits Agreement approved and authorized by Ordinance 2024-905-E.
Mission and Purpose
To provide a process by which funds are made available for the Eastside Strategic Focus through the Supplemental Jacksonville Stadium Community Benefits Agreement, approved and authorized by Ordinance 2024-905-E. Funds will be distributed within the Eastside neighborhoods of Campbells Additions, Fairfield, Longbranch, Oakland and Phoenix to provide public support to organizations operating or administering programs, services, projects, or initiatives for Affordable Housing, Workforce Housing, Economic Development and/or Mitigation of Homelessness in Eastside.
Eastside Community Grants Program - FY2026 Mandatory Application Workshop & Info Session
All applicants must attend at least one of the following scheduled Mandatory Application Workshop & Info Sessions in order to apply for a grant:

Eastside Community Grants Program (ECGP) Application Documents

- ECGP Certificate of Good Standing
- Issued within last 12 months prior to grant application deadline
- Organization must be in existence two years prior to Eastside Grants Program deadline
- ECGP Fiscal Balance Sheet
- Last two completed fiscal years for initial grant cycle
- ECGP Statement of Income and Expenses
- Last two completed fiscal years for initial grant cycle
- Alternative Financial Disclosure Form (if applicable)
- Provide 2 years of completed Filed Tax Returns for initial Grant Cycle (if exempt, proof of IRS Certification of Exemption is required)

Eastside Grants Committee Member Orientation & Ethics Training
The Eastside Grants Committee Orientation and Ethics Training will be held Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 2:30pm. The orientation and ethics training will be held in the Ed Ball Building, 8th Floor, Room 851, 214 N. Hogan Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
