Health Living Prediabetes 3 weeks Series
Session 1 - Thursday, October 2, 2025 - 1:00pm - 1:45pm EDT Review what Prediabets is along with the risk factors.
Learn how a little weight loss can have a big impact on the risk and some ways to start tweaking your eating habits and moving to achieave weight loss.
Session 2 - Thursday, October 9, 2025 - 1:00pm - 1:45pm EDT Review how the Mediterranean diet can help you stay healthy and lose weight, with emphasis on plant foods.
Discover how to manage your blood sugar for energy and long-term health, along with additional heary healthy tips and strategies to lower your risk of diabetes.
