Notice is hereby given that Council Member Raul Arias will not be having a meeting on Thursday, November 13th, 2025, at 12:30 pm in the Henry Cook Room, located at 117 West Duval Street, 1st floor, City Hall St. James Building. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss amending Section 165.102 (Presence of dogs in outdoor portions of public food service establishments), Chapter 165 (Public Food Service Establishments).
