Joyce, Chairperson of the Duval County School Board, will host a Joint Meeting of the City Council and Duval County School Board. The Joint Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, located at 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor City Hall - St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The meeting will discuss issues that will impact growth, funding, quality of life, and work within the City of Jacksonville.
