The purpose of this meeting is to provide the annual continuing education and training on Government in the Sunshine and open meetings laws. In addition to fulfilling the requirements of Section 15.108, Ordinance Code, for both Council Members and Executive Council Assistants, this training will fulfill the requirements of §112.3142, F.S., which requires that elected municipal officers complete 4 hours of ethics training each calendar year.
