NOTICE is hereby given that the Duval County Legislative Delegation will hold its Organizational Meeting and general legislative public hearing on Friday, November 13, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Purpose
The Delegation will hold its Organizational Meeting to elect the incoming 2026-2027 Delegation Chair and Vice Chair and conduct its general legislative public hearing.
Public Comment and Speaker Requests
Anyone wishing to speak must complete and submit the required Speaker Request Form. The form and additional information are available on the Duval County Legislative Delegation website at jacksonville.gov/departments/duval-legislative-delegation/meeting-information
Speaker Request Forms and all materials or handouts must be received by the Delegation Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2026. Presentations are limited to three minutes per speaker.
Materials and Handouts
Persons submitting informational materials or handouts must provide 10 sets. Each set must:
- Include a copy of the Speaker Request Form as the cover page;
- Be printed on 8 1/2 x 11-inch paper; and
- Be three-hole punched on the left side.
