Mr. Vsevolodskyy serves as Assistant General Counsel with the Office of General Counsel for the City of Jacksonville. He represents the City and its employees in civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including matters involving civil rights, employment, and tort liability.
Prior to joining OGC, Mr. Vsevolodskyy served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Florida Attorney General’s Office, where he represented state agencies and employees in complex civil litigation. He also previously served as Assistant General Counsel with the Florida Department of Health, where he handled administrative proceedings involving licensed professionals. Earlier in his career, he worked as in-house counsel for an IT company, focusing on commercial matters, contracts, regulatory compliance, and business litigation.
Mr. Vsevolodskyy received his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Florida State University College of Law. During law school, Mr. Vsevolodskyy clerked for the Florida Attorney General’s Office, Consumer Protection Division.
Mr. Vsevolodskyy is a member of The Florida Bar, the New York Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida
