Korey Milo joined the Office of General Counsel in July 2025. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Mr. Milo worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit where he was a Division Chief in Circuit and County Court. As an Assistant State Attorney, he served as lead or equal counsel in over 80 jury trials including 20 homicide cases. Mr. Milo also was a member of the office’s Grand Jury Indictment Review Panel and Officer-Involved Shooting Review Committee.  

Mr. Milo attended Florida State University where he double majored in Management and Human Resource Management. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Milo was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board.  

Mr. Milo is a member of the Florida Bar and Jacksonville Bar Association. Mr. Milo is a past member of the Chester Bedell Inn of Court.
