Shane McGrath

Shane McGrath is an assistant general counsel serving Duval County Public Schools. Previously, he was staff attorney for the Honorable Harvey L. Jay at the First and Fifth District Courts of Appeal. He began his legal career as a staff attorney at the Fourth Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the Robert M. Foster American Inn of Court. His family is active in their church, where he and his wife lead Sunday School for youth group students.
