Government Operations Department
- Negotiate and draft contracts and transaction documents for all City and Independent Agencies
- Provide expertise in a wide range of local government issues
- Represent City and Independent Agencies in a variety of legal matters (e.g., procurement, contracts, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leases, municipal finance and bond issues, construction, franchising, economic development, Sunshine Law, Charter interpretations)
- Counsel to City and Independent Agencies during board meetings
