Petitions for the 2025 tax year must be either physically RECEIVED (not postmarked) in the VAB office or filed online by deadlines prescribed by Florida Statutes. The deadline is Tuesday, September 9, 2025. If you are filing online, you must complete the petition, pay the appropriate filing fee and complete and submit the transaction by 11:59 PM EST on the above mentioned filing deadline date.
