Gail A Patin, ACSW, LCSW
Gail, A. PatinGail Patin is an accomplished leader and public speaker with over twenty years of experience in top management positions in the nonprofit sector. Currently, Gail is the Chief Operating Officer for Hubbard House, Inc. As the Chief Operating Officer for a large metropolitan nonprofit agency, she is responsible for the total development, supervision and fiscal management of all programs providing services to survivors of domestic violence and their families. Previously, Gail served as the Chief Executive Officer for Harbor House, Orange County Center Against Domestic Violence. During her tenure, she secured the donation of a new fifty bed emergency shelter and shifted services to an empowerment-based model.

Gail has been instrumental in several state and national collaborations. She served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence. This passion for empowering survivors of domestic violence was recognized statewide when Gail received the distinguished Above and Beyond award from the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

Gail is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Charleston Southern University and participated in post graduate social work training through Florida State University. Presently, Gail is a doctoral candidate at UNF specializing in leadership development, strategic planning, and program evaluation strategies for nonprofit organizations.

Gail also volunteers as a board member at the Women’s Center of Jacksonville and provides pro-bono consultation to local community-based organizations. In her spare time, Gail enjoys biking, gardening, and knitting.
