Honoring & Commemorating Gary Mills

City Council presented a resolution to the family of Mr. Gary L. Mills, Sr. to honor and commemorate his life and mourn his passing. Mr. Mills played an integral role in the founding of the School of Success Academy (SOS), the oldest operating charter school in Duval County.
