Notice is hereby given that Council Member Tyrona Clark-Murray will be holding a District 9 Town Hall meeting on October 15th, 2026, 6:30 p.m. at Mary Lena Gibbs Community Center, 6974 Wilson Blvd, Jacksonville FL 32210. The purpose of this meeting is to inform our constituents of various ballot initiatives, Amendment 3, and any other community concerns. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties.
