The JCA Chinese School was established in 2003 to teach the Chinese language and culture to the next generation,  meets every Sunday at UNF, and serves Chinese and non-Chinese students aged 5 to 15 (www.jcachineseschool.org). The JCA parents asked many outstanding questions about our local government and about ways they can engage themselves in the process of government.
