CITY TO HOST RIVERFRONT PALOOZA, JACKSONVILLE’S BIGGEST EASTER EGG HUNT, APRIL 4, 2026
The City of Jacksonville invites families to celebrate the season during Riverfront Palooza – Jacksonville’s Biggest Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Riverfront Plaza.
This free, family-friendly event will feature a live DJ, entertainment, crafts and art stations, face painting, bubbles, food and dessert trucks, and a special photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny. Mayor Donna Deegan will also make an appearance (around 10am), along with her River City Readers Bookmobile.

WHERE: Riverfront Plaza, 2 W. Independent Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32202
More than 20,000 eggs will be available across five age-group hunts throughout the day.
The egg hunt schedule is:
- Ages 0-2 → 10:00 AM & 12:00PM
- Ages 3-4 → 10:20 AM & 12:20PM
- Ages 5-7 → 10:45 AM & 12:45PM
- Ages 8-10 → 11:10 AM & 1:10PM
- Ages 11-12 → 11:30 AM & 1:35PM.
Please note: times are subject to shift but will remain in the same order.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own Easter baskets; bags will be available if needed. Convenient parking is available in nearby garages surrounding Riverfront Plaza.
