Accessibility Notice
The City of Jacksonville is committed to making information on Jacksonville.gov accessible to all residents and is working toward compliance with the required Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.
This page includes older audit documents that are provided for public convenience, historical reference, and research. Some of these documents were created or posted before the U.S. Department of Justice Title II web and mobile application accessibility compliance deadline for larger state and local governments, which is April 26, 2027, and may not fully meet current digital accessibility standards. For more information about federal web accessibility requirements, review the U.S. Department of Justice guidance on Title II web accessibility exceptions.
If you have difficulty accessing any audit document on this page, the City will help provide the information in an accessible format upon request. Please see the Public Records Notice at the bottom of this page for information about how to submit a public records request.
