Jen Silva
Jennifer Silva is the Senior Director of Development for Head Start, Episcopal Children's Services. In this role, she leads internal and external directing of the agency’s fundraising including government relations, major gifts program and capital campaigns. As a member of the Executive Team, she works closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors in all aspects of development and fundraising endeavors.
Her background includes public affairs, communications and marketing, and resources development. She has over 20 years of experience in the education and government sector including having served in Congress for over a decade as Senior Policy Advisor and Finance Director in the U.S. House of Representatives. She is a passionate advocate for funding education and mental health programs, and the community she serves as Chair of the Mayor’s Hispanic American Advisory Board for 2019.
