Mayor Signs Contribution Agreement with JEA

Council Member Bill Gulliford was on hand as Mayor Curry signed a new five-year contribution agreement between the City of Jacksonville and JEA.
Councilman Gulliford chaired the City Council Special Committee that worked for over a year to craft the new agreement with JEA.
