In accordance with the provision of Rule 1.102 of the Rules of the Council, as President of the Jacksonville City Council, I am hereby calling a Special Meeting of the Members of the City Council. The purpose of the meeting is to elect a 2025-2026 President-Designate and Vice President-Designate.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 1st Floor City Hall-St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida.
