Finance Committee members and Rules Committee members are encouraged to attend. The meeting may also include discussion on how these budget priorities interact with Resolution 2018-594, a resolution adopting the City Council’s 1-, 3- and 5- year Strategic Plan which has been assigned to the Rules Committee.
