Got Your 6 is hosting its 4th annual Community Outreach and Wellness Fair at A. Philip Randolph Heritage Park on February 23. Got Your 6 is a non-profit organization designed to help assist female veterans in making the transition back to civilian life. This event offers free food distribution, clothing, hygiene kits, haircuts and several activities for the children. Its a fun filled day out in the community for the purpose of giving back. There are sponsorship, donor and volunteer opportunities available.

Jacksonville’s literary event of the year will return on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019! The Jax Book Fest is back for its third year in a row. The event—held at the Main Library in Downtown Jacksonville—features presentations and signings by authors of both national and local acclaim, book sales, children’s activities and more. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
