Council Member Michael Boylan, (District 6), will host a noticed meeting on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Lynwood Roberts Room, located at 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The objective of the meeting is to inform colleagues about the significant progress made in two key areas:
  1. Reducing the use of hospital emergency rooms for primary care.
  2. Helping constituents establish a patient-centered medical home (PCMH).
This success is attributed to public-private partnerships. This meeting aims to highlight the effectiveness of these collaborations in achieving these goals to warrant continued public support
