The Annual Financial Plan for 2004-2005 is available online . It has been divided into four files to facilitate downloading. Nevertheless, the files remain large and downloading them using a dialup modem will be time consuming. As an alternative to downloading the files, you may request the entire document on a CD by contacting the Budget Office at (904) 630-1301.
